One way bridge

Lets build a bridge which is one way, that is

1. You can lock USDT on ETH
2. You can mint new BUSDT on Sepolia / Base
3. You can burn BUSDT on Sepolia / Base
4. You can get back USDT on ETH

💡

It is one way because we dont yet allow USDT to bridge from Base to ETH. We only allow it from ETH to Base
